National Ice Cream Month

My latest mint-chocolate-chip ice cream craving popped up just in time...it’s National Ice Cream Month! This is not an unusual craving for me (i.e. No, I’m not pregnant). Mint chip is my favorite flavor. Especially when it’s actually the color mint green, which is at the top of my list of favorite colors. Today, I went and got a pedicure while John gave me the precious gift of a little time to myself. And what color did I choose? Mint green. It’s just that kind of day.
