Ellen & Chas’s Save the Date (or STD, as we like to call it)

Earlier this year, I got to work on this fun and exciting project with my awesome sister-in-law-to-be. Now that she’s officially one of my ‘sistas’, and I’m reflecting back on our journey into sisterhood, it occurred to me to post this little creation of ours. It was a true team effort. Ellen had a clear sense of the style she wanted, and gave me some examples of her favorite designs. I sketched-up some concepts, she picked her favorite, and after some refinements, touch-ups and font choices (who knew my brother was marrying the font-queen!? :) this STD came to life. Cheers to a match made in heaven, and to one heck of a shin dig in Branch, Michigan!
